Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions between you and Marivelleo. By purchasing any masterclass, subscription, or service, you agree to these terms.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for all purchases:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit cards
- PayPal
- Bank transfers (for enterprise accounts)
- Other payment processors as displayed at checkout
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment service providers. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on your location and applicable taxes. The total amount payable, including all fees and taxes, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed but may apply to subscription renewals.
Subscription Services
Billing Cycles
Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select:
- Monthly subscriptions: Billed every 30 days
- Quarterly subscriptions: Billed every 90 days
- Annual subscriptions: Billed every 365 days
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Marivelleo to automatically charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. You will receive a receipt via email after each successful payment.
We will send you a reminder notification before each renewal. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains current and valid.
Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at info@marivelleo.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to subscription benefits until that date.
No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
One-Time Purchases
Individual masterclasses and one-time services are billed immediately upon purchase. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to the purchased content or service.
One-time purchases are non-recurring and do not require cancellation.
Taxes and Additional Fees
Applicable taxes, including but not limited to VAT, GST, or sales tax, will be calculated and added to your purchase total based on your billing address and local regulations.
You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchase. Marivelleo is not responsible for any additional bank fees, currency conversion fees, or international transaction fees charged by your financial institution.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card details, or other reasons, we will attempt to process the payment again. You will be notified via email of any payment failures.
If payment cannot be successfully processed after multiple attempts:
- Your subscription may be suspended or cancelled
- Access to subscription content may be restricted
- You may be required to update your payment information and manually process the payment
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for failed payment processing where permitted by law.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase:
Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to content.
Masterclass Refunds
Individual masterclass purchases may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted through your account or by contacting info@marivelleo.com.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Enterprise and Custom Arrangements
Enterprise accounts and custom service agreements may have different payment terms as specified in separate contracts. Those terms will supersede these general Payment Terms where applicable.

Payment Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. All transactions are encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and payment information. Notify us immediately at info@marivelleo.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or payment method.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us at info@marivelleo.com before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We will work with you to resolve any billing disputes.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account and denial of access to purchased content.
Account Suspension for Non-Payment
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if payments are not received as required. Suspended accounts may lose access to:
- Subscription content and masterclasses
- Downloaded materials and resources
- Progress tracking and certificates
- Community features and support
To reinstate a suspended account, all outstanding payments must be settled.
Changes to Payment Terms
We may update these Payment Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through prominent notice on our website.
Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Payment Terms.
